Passion + Exigence = Excellence: a virtuous equation that Alicia Izard, Managing Director of Eloquentia, has put to good use!
She will be sharing with us the lessons she has learnt from her rich professional experience in the social economy sector, and giving us some advice on how to make rigour a tool we can rely on every day.

Alicia Izard has been working in the social economy sector since 2016, specializing in the management of social projects and structures.
After a career in the arts and culture sector - Palais de Tokyo, Cité de l'architecture & du patrimoine... - she chose to become involved in corporate philanthropy and the commitment of organizations at 360°, first with EY, where she was in charge of cultural sponsorship policy, then as Director of Social Innovation for the Les entreprises pour la Cité network.
After a few months spent coordinating a company with a mission in the healthcare sector, Alicia took over the management of Eloquentia in October 2022, with the aim of multiplying the association's impact.Founded ten years ago in Seine-Saint-Denis, on the initiative of Stéphane de Freitas, the association works for the emancipation of young people through speaking out, via educational courses and eloquence competitions, now deployed throughout France and in several French-speaking countries.
